Military Engineer Services (DW&CE PAF Chaklala) Tender Notice — Emergency Works at PAF Bases (14 Lots)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala). Sealed tenders are invited for emergency provision of certain facilities at various PAF bases in accordance with PPRA Rule 42-C(v) of 2004. Tender documents will be issued only to contractors whose applications and credentials are scrutinized and field-verified.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials as listed in the tender notice; applications will be scrutinized and field-verified. Tender documents will be issued only to contractors who satisfy scrutiny.

- Contractors must certify they are not involved in any litigation with a government department and have no outstanding adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).

- Mandatory registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Submit copy of PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.

- Only contractors enlisted with MES in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.

- Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.

- Deadline for receipt of tenders: 2026-09-03 by 11:30 Hrs.

- Tender opening time: 2026-09-03 at 12:00 Hrs (noon).
