National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids for three procurement opportunities: HQ/ADV-01/2026-27 – hiring a firm for end-to-end implementation and ISO/IEC certification of NTC data centers; HQ/ADV-02/2026-27 – outsourcing of human resources for various administrative services (3-year term); HQ/ADV-03/2026-27 – procurement of managed DNS service (3-year term). Bidding deadlines (submission / opening) are: HQ/ADV-01 — 2026-07-20 1000 Hrs / 2026-07-20 1030 Hrs; HQ/ADV-02 — 2026-07-22 1100 Hrs / 2026-07-22 1130 Hrs; HQ/ADV-03 — 2026-07-23 1100 Hrs / 2026-07-23 1130 Hrs.
Registered suppliers/contractors/service providers with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration must submit bids electronically via EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
