Issuer: Jinnah Medical Construction Company (Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination) on behalf of Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre (JMC&RC), Islamabad.
Position: Executive Director (ED) – provide overall strategic, clinical and operational leadership for the commissioning and management of JMC&RC.

| Education | MBBS required. Masters in Healthcare/Hospital Management, Public Health, or MBA preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15+ years progressive experience including 5+ years in senior executive roles (e.g., CEO, ED, COO, Hospital Director). |
| Key assets / Skills | Experience managing 400+ bed tertiary/teaching hospitals, hospital commissioning, clinical governance and financial management. |
| Age | Preferably 45–65 years (as of closing date). |
Terms & Process: Appointment on a 3-year performance-based contract. Government servants must apply through proper channel. Selection is strictly on merit. No TA/DA. Competent authority reserves all rights. Remuneration: competitive market-based package with standard executive benefits.
