Minimum ~6 years' finance experience; proficiency with accounting/ERP software (QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, etc.) and Excel; understanding of Pakistani tax laws, procurement regulations and audit requirements; experience with public/donor-funded or large infrastructure projects and PPRA/Government financial regulations preferred. |
| IT Systems Specialist | Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering or relevant degree. (HEC-recognized degree). Relevant certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) are an asset. | Manage university IT infrastructure, networks and digital systems. Minimum ~4 years progressive IT management experience; experience with large-scale/university projects, ERP/PMS systems, virtualization, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, ICT procurement and vendor management preferred. |
| Procurement Specialist | Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration/Finance/Engineering/Public Administration or relevant field. Certifications in public procurement (CIPS, GPP, PPRA training) are an asset. | Establish and manage procurement function ensuring transparent policies and regulatory compliance. Minimum ~4 years procurement experience; familiarity with PPRA/public-sector procurement and procurement/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred; strong negotiation and contract management skills. |
| Procurement Assistant | Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration/Finance/Engineering/Public Administration or relevant field. (HEC-recognized degree) | Assist procurement planning, tendering, bid evaluation, contract administration and record-keeping. Minimum ~2 years procurement experience; familiarity with PPRA/public procurement procedures, strong documentation and MS Word/Excel skills preferred. |
| Finance Assistant | Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration or a full/part professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA, ICMA). (HEC-recognized degree) | Assist in budgeting, payment processing, financial statements, account reconciliation and reporting. Minimum ~2 years relevant finance/accounting experience; proficiency with accounting/ERP software and Excel; strong numerical skills and attention to detail. |
