Participation & identification: Defaulter members may participate only after clearance of outstanding dues. Members must bring original allotment letter and original CNIC/Passport/Driving Licence for identification. Non-members will not be allowed to attend.
Quorum & timing: Meeting starts at 10:00 AM sharp. If quorum is not present, the AGM will be adjourned for 30 minutes and held 30 minutes later; members present at the adjourned meeting will form the quorum and no objections will be entertained thereafter.
