TEPA-LDA Tender: Rehabilitation of Pakistan Metrobus Islamabad Corridor (Packages I–III)

Issuer: Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), Lahore Development Authority (LDA), 4-C Lytton Road, Lahore. TEPA, LDA invites bids from Contractors/Firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and having active registration with FBR & PRA (active Tax Filer NTN and PNTN) for rehabilitation works on the Pakistan Metrobus System (Islamabad section, up to Pakistan Secretariat).

Submission method: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). Bidding documents, detailed requirements and submission procedures are available on the Punjab e-Procurement website (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website. A single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Technical bids will be opened first; financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will be returned unopened.

Bid security: Bid security in the form of Demand Draft/CDR (valid for bid validity period + 20 days) equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required and must be submitted through the EP system before the closing time for e-bids, otherwise the bid will be rejected.

Key notes: Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and compliant with PPRA regulations. Technical bids must be uploaded on the EP system before 09:30 AM on the deadline date; technical bids will be opened at 10:00 AM the same day.
