Bahria University Lahore Tender for Purchase of Laptops & GPU Workstation — Bid Closing 2026-10-05

Bahria University, Lahore Campus invites bids on E-Pads from authorized distributors/firms registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Department for the supply of IT equipment. Tender documents containing terms, conditions and specifications are available for download from E-Pads or can be obtained from the office on written request.

Key submission & payment details:

- Tender documents available Monday to Friday, 0900–1600. Non-refundable tender document fee: Rs.1,000 (cash) payable at the office when obtaining documents (deadline for purchase/payment: 2026-10-04).

- Bids will be accepted through E-Pads. Bid security of Rs.180,000 is required and must be submitted in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of Bahria University Lahore Campus.

- Hard copy of documents and original bid security must be deposited in the Procurement Office before 11:30 hrs on 2026-10-05. Proposals will be opened the same day after 12:00 hrs in the presence of bidders.

- Bahria University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance and reserves the right to reject under Rule 33 of PPRAs Rules 2004.
