Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed online bids for procurement of renovation, partitioning, electrical, HVAC, furniture and IT works on a turnkey basis for a PITB project (EGOV-18). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage - Two Envelope basis.

Key instructions and eligibility:
- Technical and financial proposals must be prepared separately, duly completed, signed and stamped in accordance with the Tender Document.
- Tender documents are available free for download at PITB (www.pitb.gov.pk) and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must submit bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
- Bidders are responsible for timely upload and ensuring their submissions on the e-Portal; bids must be signed, stamped and compliant with tender requirements. Incomplete, unsigned or improperly submitted bids may be rejected.
