The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the construction of the Federal Election Academy and other offices of the Election Commission of Pakistan at H-11/4, Islamabad. Procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid security is required as specified in the bidding documents.
E-bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk); bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate. Submit e-bids via EPADS by 21 July 2026, 11:30 AM; e-bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted.
