Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme (contractual) based at its Head Office in Islamabad. The programme is intended to build capacity of young professionals for exploration, mining and marketing of various minerals. Selected trainees will receive a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000.

Eligibility & key conditions:
- Pakistani nationals (local or foreign-qualified) with at least 16 years of education in the relevant discipline from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
- Maximum age: 28 years on the date of advertisement.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
- Candidates who graduate in the academic year 2025–26 are eligible to apply with or without post-qualification experience.
Selection process & benefits:
- Selection on merit: 30% academic marks, 40% test assessment, 30% interview.
- Lump-sum monthly stipend: PKR 80,000.
- The Management Training Programme is a one-year training contract and does not guarantee regular employment.
