Purpose: Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are invited for the outsourcing and public–private partnership management of 15 Government Civil Dispensaries across high-risk union councils (SHIRUCs) in Peshawar to strengthen and continue primary healthcare and immunization services.
| Procurement details | Competitive procurement under Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure (KP-PPRA Act 2012 & KP-PPRA Rules 2014). Each package is treated as a separate project. Joint Ventures/Consortia are eligible; a bidder participating in a JV/Consortium shall not submit a separate individual bid for the same package. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable. |
