The court-declared legal heirs of the deceased (as named in the order) include: Sultan Farooq Butt; Babar Farooq Butt; Rizwan Shafique Butt; Jahangir Farooq Butt; Shaheen Kousar Emad; Tasleem Kousar; Nasreen Akmal Mehmood Butt; Naseem Tahir; Hamayun Farooq Butt (Deceased); Tanveer Butt; Umar Farooq Butt; Najaf Ali Butt; Adil Farooq Butt; Aneeqa; and Ayesha Butt.
Any person, department or institution having objection to the proposed mutation of entire share of Mrs. Surayya Begum must submit documentary evidence to the undersigned within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice. If no objection is received within that period, the mutation will be incorporated in favour of the above-mentioned legal heirs and no further objections will be entertained.
