National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications through EPADS v2.0 from eligible firms registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of non-consultancy services to act as the Independent Validation Agent (IVA) / firm for the Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB) managed by NAVTTC.
The IVA will provide an independent verification mechanism to ensure reported results are credible, consistent and meet agreed definitions. The IVA will validate reported outcomes and produce verification reports required to trigger outcome payments. The appointment covers verification related to training completion/certification, authentic job placements and confirmed retention, and other outcome-based evidence.
