Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF). Ref: HF-OF-037/2026-27. KPHF invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified Private Partners/Joint Ventures/Consortia to outsource the management and operations of 37 health facilities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) to improve delivery of healthcare services.

| Eligibility | Qualified private firms, Joint Ventures (JVs) / Consortia with requisite experience and capacity. JV/Consortium members must comply with terms in EOI documents. Each hospital/facility will be treated as a separate project; applicants must indicate order of preference. An applicant may participate in more than one project but a single application from the same bidder for the same project is required as per EOI. Applicants must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) as prescribed in the EOI documents. |
