Executive Engineer, PWD Buildings Division Muzaffarabad on behalf of the Employer invites e-bids in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules (Single-Stage Single-Envelope) for FY 2026-27 from eligible firms/contractors licensed by AJK PPRA. Prospective bidders must be registered with the C&W/PP&H department for e-bidding, obtain a Username and Login from IT section, Office of the Chief Engineer Building/PHE Block H DHQ Muzaffarabad and may get necessary training about the e-bidding procedure. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the department e-procurement system.

Bids will be opened electronically on 2026-10-12 at 11:00 AM. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA rules.
