Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme on contractual engagement at its Head Office in Islamabad. The programme is a training contract and does not create an employer–employee relationship or guarantee regular employment on completion.
Key details: One-year training contract; lump-sum monthly stipend PKR 80,000; PMDC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and females are encouraged to apply. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and interview. No TA/DA for interview. Applications to be submitted online via the PMDC website.

Eligibility Criteria: Pakistani nationals (local or foreign-qualified) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) or equivalent from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Maximum age: 28 years on the date of advertisement. Minimum CGPA 3.0. Candidates who graduated in 2025–26 are eligible with or without post-qualification experience.
Selection Process: Selection will be on merit with weightage: 30% academic marks, 40% written assessment, 30% interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
Stipend: Selected candidates will receive a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000.
