Our client, a prestigious Bank with a growing network, invites applications for the position of Regional Head to manage the Bank's business and operations for Rawalakot and Mirpur regions (Head Office: Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir).

| Regional Head | Rawalakot & Mirpur (Head Office: Muzaffarabad), Azad Jammu & Kashmir | Minimum graduate or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university/institute OR a local/international professional qualification/certification | Minimum 10 years in business development and management (banking preferred) with at least 3 years in a similar role; minimum 8 years of exclusive experience preferably in diversified banks/DFIs | Business development & management, team leadership, performance culture, relationship building, organizational & people skills, change management, MIS & reporting, negotiation & settlement skills, strong computer (MS Word/Excel), presentation & analytical skills, excellent communication | Manage entire regional business portfolio; develop and implement consumer, commercial & retail banking strategies; coordinate branches to achieve advance & deposit targets; prepare regional revenue/expense and capital budgets; supervise MIS, ensure policy compliance; maintain discipline and handle HR liaison for performance/appraisal/disciplinary matters; monitor recoveries and NPLs; coordinate with Special Assets/Recovery teams; identify business opportunities and support branch proposals | Permanent induction: up to 42 years on the closing date. Contractual induction: up to 57 years on the closing date. |
