Horticulture Agency Lahore (HAL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible, reputable and financially sound advertising companies/firms and national/multinational companies to participate in the auction of advertisement rights for digital and static media on various bus stands of Lahore (425 nos.). The contract is for installation, operation and maintenance of advanced digital and static advertisement displays on bus stands for a three‑year period.
