PHE Division Quetta Tender — Exploration of New Drilling Points (Limestone Aquifer, Kuchlak)

Executive Engineer PHE Division Quetta invites electronic bids for the exploratory drilling work listed below under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Submission is electronic only; physical bids will not be accepted. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA) of the Government of Balochistan.

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

- Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.

- Required registrations and qualifications: Balochistan Revenue Authority registration (where applicable); registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-2 or above (relevant categories/specialized codes such as CE02/CE04 as applicable).

- Financial capacity: minimum turnover shown in past years of at least PKR 200,000,000 (as indicated).

- Bidders must provide affidavits confirming no conflict of interest, no debarment/blacklisting, no major litigation or contract non-performance in the last five years, and disclose any prior blacklisting/restoration.

- Bidding documents and full terms are available on the BPPRA e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard of the e-procurement system. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM via the e-procurement system.
