CMES (Army) Rawalpindi Rwp-II — Notice of Tender for Building Repairs, Bazaar Supplies and Auctioneer Appointment

CMES (Army) Rawalpindi (Rwp-II) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for multiple works within its area of responsibility. Only pre-qualified and scrutinized contractors/firms will be issued tender documents.

Works included:

Application & tender document conditions: Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience and to scrutinized contractors. Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening.

Eligibility requirements: Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department in the Court of Law and that no special report of Director of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Preference/eligibility is for contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C or D with experience in similar works. Firms not on the approved MES list must furnish a certificate and details of works executed during the last two years and works currently in hand on the prescribed proforma.

Right to accept/reject: The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
