Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF). Seeking a Director Procurement to lead procurement and supply‑chain functions for health sector initiatives.

Certification in relevant field preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act, rules and regulations, government procurement procedures, contract management, financial regulations, procurement planning, tendering, inventory and supply chain management. Hands‑on experience with ERP‑based procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, report writing and communication skills. Preference for candidates with PPP/health sector procurement experience. |
Terms & conditions include provisional shortlisting and screening through an ETEA written test based on credentials; final selection subject to verification and approval by the Board of Governors / competent authority. Candidates must provide attested copies of degrees, CNIC, domicile and other required documents at the verification stage. Appointments will be governed by relevant rules and may be placed on probation.

No separate call letters will be issued; test/roll number and venue details will be communicated via the ETEA system.
