Issuer: ZTBL Khotki Branch. Auction of mortgaged agricultural land under Execution No. 2025/118 and Suit Nos. 2024/99 (New) and 2024/125 (Old).
Auction date & time: 2026-10-23 at 11:00 at ZTBL Khotki Branch. Sale on an "as-is, where-is" basis and subject to all legal charges and encumbrances.
Key conditions: a security amount of PKR 25,000 is required. The successful bidder must provide 25% of the bid price immediately (in cash or pay order/bank instrument) and deposit the remaining sale consideration within 15 days.
