LG&CD Civil Division Sahiwal invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works under the Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Programme (SAP) 2026-27. Tendering will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
Key submission and security requirements:
- Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login) only.
- Submission deadline: 2026-10-12 at 12:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Department Civil Sub Division Okara in the presence of the tender opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc.) will not be accepted. The issuing bank must transmit the Bank Guarantee through SWIFT MT760 in favour of the Executive Engineer LG&CD Department Civil Division Sahiwal.
- Performance Security: 10% of the Contract Price to be furnished by the successful bidder in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 after award.
- Bid validity: 60 days from the date of opening.
- Only bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be considered; email, courier, post, or hand-delivery of bids is not acceptable.
Downloadable bidding documents, eligibility criteria, specifications, BOQ and other requirements are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA Punjab website from the date of publication.
