Capital Development Authority (CDA) issues an addendum/corrigendum to its Invitation to E-Bid for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on Srinagar Highway (Convention Center to N-5), Islamabad Highway (Faisal Masjid to T-Chowk), Jinnah Avenue (D-Chowk to F-11 Markaz) and Murree Road (Faizabad to Serena Chowk).
Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. The notice lists online submission deadlines of July 10, 2026 at 11:30 hrs and July 14, 2026 at 11:30 hrs, with electronic technical bid opening publicly at 12:00 hrs on the respective days at the office of the Director General (Environment), Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, 2026-07-06 at 11:00 hrs at the same venue; attendance is optional and bidders may submit queries in writing.
