Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) invites applications for the post of Secretary (PWF) in BPS-19 on contract basis. The appointment is initially for one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance up to a maximum of three years or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Managing Director (PWF) on administrative, legal and commercial matters; acting as Secretary of the Foundation and preparing/issuing agendas and minutes of BoD meetings; coordinating and implementing BoD decisions and policies; maintaining records of BoD meetings; scheduling and arranging performance review meetings for workshops and petrol pumps and issuing minutes; formulating rules and regulations; conducting official correspondence on behalf of PWF; processing widow and marriage grant cases; and other duties as assigned by the MD (PWF).
