E‑Tender Notice — Repair of Water Supply Turbine, Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan

Office of the Municipal Committee, Nowshera Virkan, District Gujranwala invites single‑stage two‑envelope e‑tenders for the 2026‑27 budget year. Bidding documents must be uploaded on the Punjab e‑Procurement system by the deadline below.

Important instructions: earnest money in the form of CDR in favour of Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan (2% of the estimated cost) must be uploaded; the original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee by 13:00 on the tender opening day. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Selection method is least cost. Forged documents or CDRs will result in legal action. Successful bidders offering more than 4.99% below the TS estimated cost must deposit additional performance security as per PPRA/Works Rules 2017 within the stipulated period after acceptance of the bid; failure will result in forfeiture of deposited money.
