Eligibility: Firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad with valid registration certificate under the relevant category (code CE-10), active VAT registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and active Income Tax registration with FBR.
Submission instructions: Electronic bids must be submitted through the prescribed e-bidding platform (e-bids). Manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security in the fixed amount shown above (in the form of Original Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title to the Office of the Executive Engineer (Civil), MEPCO H.Q., Khanewal Road Multan before the e-bid submission deadline. The electronic bids will be opened half an hour after bid submission using the e-bidding system.
