APSAC Pasban invites applications for a contractual Administrator & Security Officer post. Candidates must hold a master's degree from an HEC-recognized university (preferably in Project Management or Public Administration) and have 5–10 years' relevant experience.

Minimum Qualification	Master's degree from HEC-recognized university; preferably Master's in Project Management or Public Administration
Experience	Minimum 5–10 years relevant experience. Specific preferences: For armed forces (retired): Preferable rank Major / Lieutenant Colonel (Retired); age 40–55; experience in DAA & QMG / AA & QMG appointments; procurement/supply chain and logistics experience; minimum logistics staff course or equivalent (Pakistan Navy/Air Force courses). For civilian candidates: Age 35–45; experience in administrative affairs/management in a reputable school/education institution; procurement/supply chain experience.
Key Skills & Requirements	Ability to manage multiple tasks and daily operations; strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail; problem-solving and administrative workflow optimization; knowledge of security procedures, access control and surveillance systems; ability to respond calmly to security incidents; ability to identify security risks and implement mitigation measures; familiarity with CCTV and access control systems; coordination with departments to align administrative and security protocols.
