Director (Monitoring & Assessment), Directorate General of Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education, Punjab invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the printing and supply of assessment papers, attendance sheets, result sheets, report cards and related envelopes as per specified quality and sizes.

Submission and eligibility details:
- Bids to be submitted online only at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant tax authorities.
- A scanned Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the name of Director (Monitoring & Assessment), M&A Wing, Directorate General of Literacy & N-FB Education must accompany the electronic bid in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Draft/Pay Order and submitted through the e-procurement system.
- Bidding documents available immediately after publication and may also be downloaded from https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and www.literacy.punjab.gov.pk.
- Bidders must quote rates for each item in the class-wise package with PST and without PST; any item without a quoted rate will be treated as non-responsive. Evaluation will be on the cumulative quoted rate for the entire package.
