Issuer: Century Paper & Board Mills Limited. A postal ballot is issued for the poll to be held at the 42nd Annual General Meeting on 2020-10-26 at 03:00 PM at Dr. Shamsud Akhtar Auditorium, Pakistan Stock Exchange Building, Stock Exchange Road, Karachi, and via electronic means/video link.
Shareholders may vote by returning the duly completed and signed original postal ballot to the Chairman at the company business address: Century Paper & Board Mills Limited, Lakson Square, Building No.2, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi-74200. The ballot form requires shareholder name, registered address, number of shares held (on October 19, 2020), folio number/CDC account, CNIC/Passport number and any applicable enclosures (e.g., power of attorney, participant/CDC account details for CDC shareholders).
Required enclosures and submission notes: completed and signed original postal ballot; copy of CNIC/Passport (or copy of National Identity Card/Passport for foreign shareholders); where shares are held in CDC, attach participant ID and account detail or CDC-required authorization; ballots must be received at the Chairman’s address or designated email before the cut-off.
