Pakistan Air Force Base Nur Khan (Chaklala), Rawalpindi invites open bids from reputed firms/companies or persons for running business on PAF land: one hoarding site and one shop (10' x 19'). Site visits are allowed and bids will be opened publicly.

Key dates and procedure: Open bids will be conducted on 2026-10-15 from 1000 to 1300 hours at Admin Wing, PAF Base Nur Khan. Bids must be submitted in the name of Officer Commanding, PAF Base Nur Khan and will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after final selection of the successful bidder.
Required documents: Company’s letterhead (for firms), CNIC (valid photocopy), valid NTN & GST certificates, company registration letter, and the required bid security in the form of a pay order in the name of Base Commander, PAF Base Nur Khan.
Security deposit and contract: The successful bidder must deposit the security amount equal to six months’ offered rent within 15 days from the date of opening of bids. Contract will be awarded for a maximum duration of 3 years.
Other terms: Bidding date is final; any untoward situation may lead to bid date being extended. Contact the Administration Wing for details and to arrange site visits on the specified dates.
