Khyber Pakhtunkhwa C&W Highway Division Kohat Invites E-Bids for Road Works (Single Stage Two-Envelope)

Executive Engineer, C&W Highway Division Kohat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors registered with relevant authorities for procurement of road works on single stage two-envelope (E-PADS) basis in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014.

Key instructions and requirements include submission through the E-PADS system, payment of bidding entry fees at 0.03% of the tender cost (non-refundable), submission of original tender documents with required bid securities (CDR) and other supporting documents, and registration/active tax status with KPRA under the Finance Act, 2013. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded to E-PADS; technical & financial hard copies and tender documents must also be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Highway Division Kohat, 2–3 days before the closing date. An affidavit is mandatory in the technical bid. Bank drafts/pay orders must be of scheduled banks; CDR will be forfeited for non-compliance.

Prospective bidders must follow KPPRA notification No. S.R.O. (I)/401-1-2/2021-22 dated 10/05/2022 and submit required original credentials (including PEC registration, C&W enlistment where applicable, GST registration, KPRA registration, and detailed rate analysis) via the E-PADS portal and provide hard copies as specified.
