Punjab Highways Department, Executive Engineer Highway Division Mandi Bahauddin invites e-tenders from eligible Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for the Financial Year 2026-27. Firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and comply with PPRA e-tendering rules.
As per PPRA Rules 2014, bidders must submit Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A 10% Performance Guarantee will be required within 15 days of award. Bids must be submitted online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-15; authorized representatives may attend the tender opening at the office of the Superintending Engineer Highways Circle Gujrat.
