Auction: Sealed Bids for Exportable Himalayan Ibex Trophy Hunting Permits — Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Chief Conservator Wildlife, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) invites eligible bidders/outfitters registered under relevant laws to participate in a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) sealed-bid auction for exportable trophy hunting permits of Himalayan Ibex (Capra sibirica). Bidding will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedures under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulation Rules, 2014. Bid documents and terms of reference are available on EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and KPPRA website.

Bidders must register on the EPADS system to obtain user credentials and submit scanned copies of their bids through EPADS by the submission deadline. Original bid security in the form of CDR in the name of Chief Conservator Wildlife KP must be submitted physically. Bids received by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. Bid security must be issued by a scheduled bank (excluding microfinance and other excluded institutions) as specified.

A pre-bid meeting (physical & online as feasible) with prospective bidders will be held on 2026-10-03 at 10:30 AM at the office of the Chief Conservator Wildlife KP. All taxes, duties, cess, commissions, fees and expenses related to the disposal proceedings and bid preparation shall be borne by the bidders. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
