Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope, Two-Variable procedure for grant of lease rights on Pakistan Railways prime land on a lease model for public-private partnership.
Purpose: Mixed-use commercial development including shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail outlets and factory outlets.
Key lease terms: Period of lease 21 years (extendable for another 21 years); annual increase in rent 8% compound; mobilization period 24 months from date of possession; building construction as per local construction byelaws.
Important dates: Pre-bid meeting on 2026-10-09 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance via Zoom available). Submission of bids on or before 2026-10-19 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office. Technical bid opening on 2026-10-19 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
