Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab invites sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) for the supply and installation of Star-Level / Monogram Boards. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PS) in accordance with applicable PPR rules.

Key conditions: Bid validity 120 days. Single-stage two-envelope e-procurement procedure will be adopted as per Rule 38 of Punjab PPR Rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted on or before 2014-10-15 (submission by 11:30 AM) and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids in accordance with PPR rules.
