National Dredging & Marine Services (Pvt) Ltd (NDMS), through NLC Headquarters, invites sealed two-stage, two-envelope bids (technical and financial) for the supply of a Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) with 10,000 m3 hopper capacity on CIF Karachi basis (Tender No. 03/TSHD Hopper Capacity 10,000 M3/NDMS/2026).
Bids must be submitted to NLC Headquarters, Harding Road, Rawalpindi by 03 August 2026, 11:30 hours (opening 12:00 same day). A bid security of USD 100,000 or PKR 28,000,000 and a tender fee of Rs. 20,000 must be attached with the technical offer. Pre-bid meetings will be held at HQ NLC (date/time as per bidding documents).
