Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites unconditional bids from bidders / Joint Ventures for hiring of contractors for secondary waste transportation to dumpsite for a period of one year, extendable for another one year. Bidding will be conducted through Punjab e‑Procurement Single Stage — Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a).
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website and the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Online bid submission and bid security shall follow the Punjab e‑Procurement System rules. A pre‑bid meeting will be held and technical bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
