The Engineering Development Board (EDB), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from locally registered electric vehicle (EV) 2‑wheeler Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) / assemblers for pre‑qualification under the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program Phase‑II and subsequent phases.

Scope	Distribution of electric 2‑wheelers across Pakistan including AJK and GB under the PAVE subsidy program during Phase‑II and subsequent phases.
Target	Achieve 30% EV penetration by 2030.
Eligibility	All locally registered EV 2‑Wheeler OEMs/Assemblers. Valid EDB Manufacturing Certificate and PSQCA License. Compliance with EDB pre‑qualification criteria.
Submission Details	Submission deadline: 2026-06-08 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders. Submission method: Through PPRA e‑PAQS 2.0. Submission fee: PKR 5,000 (non‑refundable) payable by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of Drawing & Disbursement Officer (DDO), EDB.
