| 3. Consider appointment of Auditors for the year ending June 30, 2027 and fix their remuneration. The Board recommends reappointment of Yousuf Adil, Chartered Accountants, as external auditors. |

Date of notice issue: October 05, 2026. Shareholders on the register as of October 19, 2026 will be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM. The Register of Members will be closed from October 20, 2026 to October 27, 2026 (both days inclusive).
Shareholders wishing to attend via video-conferencing must register with the Company Secretariat and provide required documents (CNIC/Passport and proxy documents, if applicable). Registration for video link and submission of requisite documents must be completed no later than 5:00 PM on October 25, 2026. Send registration and scanned documents to [email protected].
A copy of the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2026 and the Annual Report are accessible online (QR code provided in the notice).
Form of Proxy is included; a proxy form, duly completed and signed, must be received at the registered office of the Company at least 48 hours before the meeting. By order of the Board: Salman Yaqoob, CFO & Company Secretary.
