Share transfer book closure
The company's share transfer books will remain closed from Wednesday, October 21, 2026 to Monday, October 26, 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the office of the Company's share registrar, M/s. F.D. Registrar Services (Private) Limited, on or before the close of business on October 20, 2026 will be considered for entitlement to attend and vote.
Participation, proxies and voting
Shareholders entitled to attend may appoint proxies in accordance with company law. The completed proxy form should be deposited at the Registered Office of the Company not later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting. Instructions for CDC account holders and appointment of proxies are provided to facilitate participation.

Registrar and shareholder requirements
Shareholders are requested to ensure their CNICs and bank account details are registered with the Share Registrar (M/s. F.D.
