Instructions for electronic participation and voting, submission of proxy, and related procedures are provided in the notice; shareholders may contact the Company Secretary for queries.
Document submission: Shareholders are requested to submit valid CNIC/NICOP/Passport and bank account details where applicable. Holders of physical shares are advised to deposit physical share certificates into a CDC account to facilitate electronic transmission and transfer of entitlement.
