Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of goods planned under FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk) for registered bidders.
Key submission requirements: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-10-20 at 10:30 AM; e-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Original bid security in favor of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited, Abbottabad, must be submitted (Call at Deposit/Bank Guarantee) and delivered to Room No. 209, HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad on or before bid closing time. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and may register via https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. A tutorial for registration is available online.
Grievance Redressal: As per Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement. Procurement and notification copies are available on the procuring agency and PPRA websites.
