Public Notice under Section 9 — Land Acquisition for Hyderabad‑Sukkur Motorway (M-6), Taluka Duar, Shaheed Benazirabad

Issuer: Assistant Commissioner / Land Acquisition Officer, Taluka Duar, District Shaheed Benazirabad. Purpose: Government has acquired land for a rest area and interchange on the Hyderabad‑Sukkur Motorway Project (M‑6).

All persons holding an interest or right in the listed survey numbers are required to appear in person or through an authorized representative at the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Duar, within 15 days of publication of this notice and submit written ownership documents and proofs. Anyone wishing to present an objection or claim for compensation must submit it in writing under the relevant provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Persons entitled to receive a share, rent or compensation related to the required land must also submit their position in writing within three years as per Section 10 of the Act.
