Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Contract: 3 years (extendable for 2 years). Reports to: CEO. Location: Islamabad.

| Key Responsibilities |
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and overall financial strategy; ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards; manage member billing, subscriptions, receivables and recovery of outstanding dues; manage cash flow, treasury, investments and banking relationships; establish and maintain internal controls over F&B, rooms, stores, sports and event revenues; liaise with external auditors and Head of Internal Audit; ensure tax compliance (income tax, sales tax on services, withholding) and statutory filings; provide financial analysis and MIS reports to CEO, Finance Committee and Board; lead and supervise Finance & Accounts team. |
| Education | Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, ACMA or CPA. MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university is an additional advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance. Experience in hospitality, a members' club or not-for-profit organization preferred. Working experience with ERP/hospitality accounting systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera or similar). |
