Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids for disposal of vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Bids will be received and evaluated by the Disposal Committee under the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO, Islamabad.

Key instructions and terms:
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS (E-Pads Acquisition & Disposal Systems) e-bidding portal. Registration with FBR is mandatory for participation in e-bids.
- Earnest money/bid security must be submitted in original in the shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, valid for 120 days, as specified against each lot.
- The successful bidder will be required to pay applicable taxes (e.g., 18% GST if applicable and 10% income tax or other taxes as per government rules) and lift the vehicle within 15 working days from the date of issuance of the Release Order.
- IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to cancel the disposal process at any stage.
