The Deputy Conservator of Forests, Rawalpindi North Forest Division invites electronic bids (e-bids) on the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk) under PC‑I "Nature Based Solution for Forest and Water Sustainability in Potohar and Fire mitigation in Murree & Kahuta Hills" from prequalified/registered contractors in relevant categories for fiscal year 2026-27.

Key submission details and conditions:
- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal: www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
- Bid submission (closing) deadline: 2026-10-17 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-17 at 11:00 AM.
- Each electronic bid must be accompanied by a scanned bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price in the name of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Rawalpindi North Forest Division at Kahuta, in the form of PSID. Original bid security instruments must be delivered to the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Rawalpindi North Forest Division prior to the closing date and time.
- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system and hold required registrations/certificates (FBR, PRA, PEC in relevant category and professional tax certificate from Excise & Taxation for 2026-27) where applicable.
- Bidding documents, terms and conditions, rates, and other instructions are available on the e-Procurement portal. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per applicable rules.
