| 4. Any other business with the permission of the Chair. |

| CDC account holders must follow the applicable Central Depository Company / Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan guidelines for participation. |
| Members who are registered after verification will be provided a password-protected video link via email for remote attendance; the video link will remain available from 10:00 a.m. on the date of the meeting. |
