IESCO Invitation to Tender — Duct Line & Manholes Works (VEC/NCKB/41-46/2026-27)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed/e-bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for multiple construction packages for 2x2 and 2x3 duct lines with manholes across Islamabad (Tender No. VEC/NCKB/41, 42, 43, 44, 45 & 46/2026-27). Works include duct-line construction and manhole installation at locations including F-6 grid area (House Nos. 52–61), near Customer Service Centre, China Chowk to Embassy Road Chowk (via Kohsar Complex), G-5/2 gate areas and other parts of Islamabad.

Procurement details and requirements:

- Procurement method: National Competitive Bidding (IESCO/PPRA rules).

- Tender security: 2% of bid cost in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee from scheduled bank (as per tender conditions).

- Eligibility highlights: Firms/companies must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant specialization; demonstrate financial capacity, average annual turnover and cash flow as required; contractors with past experience of similar works are preferred; joint ventures are subject to conditions specified.
