A Public Sector Organization invites applications for a .NET Developer to support development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of its Management Information System (MIS), including web and mobile applications.

| Minimum Qualification | BS/BSc (16 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field from an HEC-recognized institution |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years relevant experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core) and SQL Server/PostgreSQL |
| Required Skills & Deliverables | Development, deployment and maintenance of MIS modules; database and data security management; reports and dashboards generation; mobile and web access optimization; technical documentation and staff training; implementation of approved enhancements. Portfolio of 3–4 completed public sector projects to be demonstrated at interview. |
| Preferred | Experience with live public sector systems, e-governance/MIS/financial/file-management/citizen-service systems, public sector mobile apps (Google Play/App Store), AI/LLM-based solutions and multilingual chatbots; experience leading development teams and large-scale MIS/data collection projects. |
| Selection Process | Shortlisted candidates will be required to pass a practical coding test and demonstrate public sector projects; only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. |
